Its okay rooms, outside looks like best hotel with 5 stars but room is not for 5 star and 4 star room is for 3 star hotel. Location is great. But the train is near and ever 5 to 10 minutes you hear the train and sometimes you cant sleep.

Great Hotel, especially for families with (small) kids; practically on the beach and with 2 private swimming pools. Mainly Italian guests, fabulous restaurant serving italian cuisine. Highly recommended
No way! ||Juices at breakfast from powders? Disgusting. ||Coffee and cappuccino from a vending machine? In Italy, the espresso country? Green pool?||||Nicely built hotel. Irrationally furnished and decorated rooms. Kind personnel. Rooms vacuumed once a week, maybe. Kitchen closed. Where is the freshly baked bread? Good luck!
Great Hotel: very kind and helpful staff, very large and clean rooms (+fridge and security locker) with proper bath room and useful shower cabin that actually gives a good ray of water at the temperature you want, restaurant meals with 3 alternatives plus a large sides buffet, swimming pool with umbrella and seats includes + umbrella and 'lettino+sdraio' at the sand beach in front of the hotel. During the day and in the evening entertainment and fitness activities led by an enthusiastic team who involve you but don't force upon you. Thanks Hotel Roses for a wonderful and relaxing holiday!
